We are based in Bunbury, Western Australia at 6 Beddingfield Street, Davenport.

We service Bunbury, the South West, Great Southern, Mid West, Pilbara, Goldfields and regional Western Australia. Our technicians regularly travel to remote mine sites, regional communities and everywhere in between.

Our primary service area is Western Australia, however we can supply products Australia-wide and discuss projects outside WA where appropriate.

Yes. We work with everyone from recreational boat owners and 4WD enthusiasts to transport fleets, mining companies, local government, emergency services and commercial operators. No project is too big or too small.

Absolutely. Many customers come to us with a problem rather than a specific product in mind. We'll take the time to understand your requirements and recommend a solution that's appropriate for your application and budget.

Yes. We can design and supply complete communication systems including radios, antennas, tracking, marine electronics, Starlink, connectivity, cameras, towers and supporting infrustructure.

 



Installation


Yes. Unlike many online retailers, we don't just supply products - we professionally install, configure and test them to ensure they perform as intended.

Absolutely. You're welcome to purchase products only, or we can supply and install them depending on your requirements.

In many cases, yes. We'll assess the equipment first to ensure it's suitable, compatible and fit for your intended application. Where we install customer-supplied equipment, our workmanship is covered by our installation warranty; however, we cannot provide warranty coverage for products that were not supplied by Earth 2 Ocean Communications. Any manufacturer warranty or product support remains the responsibility of the original supplier or manufacturer.

Yes. We regularly complete onsite installations at customer premises, workshops, mine sites, ports, marinas and remote locations across Western Australia.

Yes. Every installation includes testing and commissioning to ensure the equipment is operating correctly before handover.

Yes. We can provide basic operational training and guidance to help your team get the most of their new equipment.

 



Two-Way Radios


Analogue radios are suitable for many everyday communication needs, while digital radio systems provide clearer audio, improved features, enhanced privacy and greater scalability. We'll recommend the most suitable option based on your requirements.

Absolutely. Every business has different communication requirements. We'll assess your operating environment, coverage requirements and budget before recommending a suitable solution.

Radio range depends on terrain, antenna height, surrounding obstacles and the type of system being used. Simple handheld radios may provide a few kilometers of coverage, while repeater systems can significantly extend communication range.

In many cases, yes. We can assess your current system and recommend upgrades or expansions without necessarily replacing everything.

Some systems require ACMA licensing while others operate on licence-free frequencies. We can advise you on the best option and assist with licensing where required.

Yes. We provide programming, configuration, fleet management and ongoing support for many leading radio brands.

 



Marine


Yes. Our marine technicians install chart plotters, fish finders, radar, VHF radios, AIS, transducers and complete marine electrical systems.

Often, yes. Many marine electronics systems can be integrated with existing chart plotters, radar, AIS, autopilots and transducers. We'll assess compatibility before recommending equipment.

Absolutely. Selecting the correct transducer is just as important as choosing the display. We'll recommend a transducer based on your vessel, hull type, fishing style and performance requirements.

Yes. We support recreational boats, commercial fishing vessels, work boats and government marine fleets.

Yes. For many marine electronics installations, we can conduct on-water sea trials to verify system performance and fine-tune equipment in real operating conditions. Sea trials allow us to confirm that systems such as chart plotters, sonar, radar and autopilots are performing as expected. Sea trials may be recommended or quoted depending on the scope of the installation.

Yes. If you're experiencing poor sonar performance, inaccurate depth readings or image quality issues, we can inspect your existing installation, assess the transducer location and recommend the most appropriate solution. 

This is a really valuable service because many sonar issues are caused by installation or setup rather than faulty equipment.

Yes. We can design and install complete fleet technology packages including communications, tracking, cameras, fatigue management systems and connectivity solutions.

Our installations are carried out using industry best practices. If you have concerns regarding a specific vehicle manufacturer's warranty, we'll discuss the most appropriate installation approach before work begins.

 



Connectivity


Yes. We supply and install Starlink systems for homes, businesses, vehicles, marine vessels and remote work sites.

Yes. We supply and install Cel-Fi boosting solutions designed to improve mobile coverage where a usable network signal exists.

We supply satellite phones, Starlink internet systems and other satellite communication solutions for remote and regional applications.

Our online store is continually expanding, with new products and categories being added regularly. While many products can be purchased directly online, some specialized equipment and integrated communication systems are not available for online purchase due to the technical nature of their design and application.

Yes. We ship many products Australia-wide.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and location. We'll provide an estimated delivery time frame when your order is confirmed.

Yes. Orders can be collected from our Bunbury retail store and workshop during business hours.

 



Warranty


Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied by Earth 2 Ocean Communications, while our installation workmanship is covered separately.

Yes. Manufacturer warranties apply to most products. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type.

Where we install customer-supplied equipment, our workmanship is covered by our installation warranty. However, we cannot provide warranty coverage for products that were not supplied by Earth 2 Ocean Communications. Any manufacturer warranty or product support remains the responsibility of the original supplier or manufacturer.
